olga rybakov, ARNP

Olga A. Rybakov, is a Doctor of Nursing Practice, a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in family practice, integrative medicine, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), women's health, men's health, pediatrics, nutrigenomics and medical aesthetics.
She graduated Summa Cum Laude as a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, KY.
Olga is a Ukrainian-American woman, and is trilingual. She is a wife, and a mom to 3 boys.
In her spare time, she loves studying the Word of God, leading worship at her church and hiking/skiing the mountains of Wenatchee valley. Her passion includes medical mission work in Ukraine.
She worked in medicine since the age of 19, and as a primary care nurse practitioner since early 2020. 
She founded "Retreat Wellness and MedSpa, PLLC (RWM)" in February, 2024, and observed significant growth shortly after founding RWM.
It is an integrative clinic which offers provider visits, lab services and wellness IV infusions.
Her vision is to use this practice as a steppingstone into a non-profit wellness and healing center of the Wenatchee Valley.

gillian shaw, MD

Gillian Shaw is a Board Certified Medical Doctor who graduated from University of Ottawa, Canada School of Medicine in 1983. 
Her experience is extensive, but she is know for her compassion and kindness. Dr. Shaw's integrity and character are well known across the Wenatchee Valley. 
In her humility, she shares the following biography: 
" I have lived in the Wenatchee Valley since 1993 and raised our family of 3 children here. As a Family Physician I worked at Confluence Health until 2012, then left briefly and returned in 2015. My husband Dr. Ian Cunningham, an Interventional Radiologist also worked at Confluence Health and unfortunately passed away in 2014.
I believe this is a wonderful community to live in, and I am blessed to combine traditional and integrative medical care.
God is the center of my life and I am thankful to join Olga at Retreat Wellness".
Dr. Shaw has an extensive background as an urgent care and family practice physician.
She is offering urgent care visits and is a part of the direct primary care monthly membership program at Retreat Wellness and Medspa.
